    Directed the International Corporate Citizenship Conference at the Westin Boston, convening over 600 corporate responsibility leaders. Applied end-to-end project management skills to oversee food and beverage, audiovisual production, registration, signage, and sponsor activations. Acted as the central liaison between the college, hotel, vendors, and speakers, ensuring flawless execution. With empathy for both attendees and partners, I focused on creating a seamless participant journey while balancing stakeholder needs and operational excellence.

    Led the International Corporate Citizenship Conference at the Beverly Hilton (Yes! where the Golden Globe & Oscars Nomination Lunch takes place), where hundreds of CSR professionals gathered to exchange insights and drive social impact. In addition to managing all core event logistics, I spearheaded a large-scale volunteer project with the local Children’s Hospital, impacting thousands of children. This initiative required agile coordination across sponsors, staff, and community partners—blending thought leadership with authentic, hands-on service. The result was a high-profile conference that delivered both professional value and meaningful community impact.

    Produced the International Corporate Citizenship Conference in Dallas, at the Hyatt Regency Dallas, welcoming nearly 2,000 CSR professionals from around the globe. This event was distinguished by its integration of local culture, innovation, and philanthropy, an effort that required adaptive planning and creative stakeholder engagement. By applying Agile methodologies, I managed shifting priorities, coordinated cross-functional teams, and negotiated vendor contracts while ensuring a consistent attendee experience. The Dallas program stood out as one of the most dynamic in the conference’s history, showcasing both scale and intimacy.

    Planned the International Corporate Citizenship Conference at the Hilton San Francisco Union Square, a program designed for thousands, but ultimately canceled due to the onset of COVID-19. Prior to the cancellation, I managed all pre-conference logistics, from venue sourcing and contract negotiations to sponsor relations and speaker engagement. When the pandemic hit, I pivoted strategies with empathy—prioritizing transparent communication, preserving partner relationships, and exploring virtual alternatives. This experience underscored the importance of resilience, flexibility, and human-centered project leadership in times of disruption.

    Detroit, MI

    Directed the inaugural national training conference - the first-of-its-kind at the Detroit Marriott at the Renaissance Center. This event was designed to equip women and gender-expansive leaders from across the United States with the tools to run for public office and be stellar campaign managers.

    This first-of-its-kind, multi-day overnight program combined keynote sessions, breakout workshops, and one-on-one coaching with seasoned political professionals. From venue sourcing and agenda design to speaker coordination and participant travel logistics, I managed every detail of the experience. The result was a groundbreaking gathering that launched a new tradition of empowerment, strategy, and community for underrepresented voices in politics.

    Produced the National Training for Vote Run Lead/Action at the Whitley Hotel in Atlanta, Georgia. This training was the second iteration of this large-scale training conference, uniquely tailored to support nonprofit leaders and 501(c)(4) organizations advancing civic engagement. With a national audience, the event featured multiple tracks, high-profile speakers, and interactive sessions designed to address the distinct challenges facing advocacy-focused groups. I managed all aspects of conference planning, from coordinating breakout sessions to ensuring seamless travel experiences for participants. The Atlanta program stood out for its targeted approach, creating a dynamic space where nonprofit leaders could sharpen their strategies, share best practices, and build networks to amplify their impact.

    Managed a destination wedding in New Orleans at Mardi Gras World that brought together more than 250 guests from across the country. I managed every detail of the multi-day celebration, including the room block, vendor coordination, catering, schedule, entertainment, and a traditional second line band. I organized the ceremony logistics, arranged housing for the wedding party to get ready, and even incorporated unique touches such as a food truck for late night dining. I also oversaw invitations, the guest list, and the wedding website while supporting the couple with post-wedding details. The result was a seamless and unforgettable experience that reflected both the couple’s vision and the spirit of New Orleans.
